SMS program terms

1.Program: The 247 Broker customer-care texts about your inquiry, showings, appointments and transactions. We do not send marketing blasts by text.

2.How you join: Check the optional SMS box on one of our website forms, or text our business line first.

3.Message frequency: Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 5 messages per inquiry, or per week during an active transaction.

4.Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.

5.Opt out: Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time. You will get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

6.Help: Reply HELP, or call (512) 461-2042.

7.Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8.Consent: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
